Terms of Service

The rules for using the Viridia RP website, Discord and game server.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Viridia RP website at viridiarp.com, the Viridia RP Discord servers and the Viridia RP FiveM game server (together, the "Services"). Viridia RP is a community project run by its volunteer staff team ("we", "us"). It is not a registered company.

By logging in, applying, playing or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Server Rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You need a Discord account in good standing, and you must follow Discord's Terms of Service.
  • To play on the game server you need a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V. You must also follow the Cfx.re / FiveM terms.

2. Your account

You log in to the website with Discord. You're responsible for everything done through your Discord account on our Services, so keep it secure. Don't share your account or use another person's account.

3. Applications and the whitelist

  • Access to the city is by whitelist. Applications, vouches and whitelist decisions are made by staff at their discretion.
  • Staff may deny, revoke or remove a whitelist, a membership of a department or faction, or any other role at any time. Examples include breaking the rules, giving false information, or behaviour that harms the community.
  • What you write in an application must be your own work and must be truthful.

4. Conduct

When using the Services you agree not to:

  • break the Server Rules, or harass, threaten, discriminate against or dox anyone;
  • cheat, exploit bugs, use mod menus or third-party tools that give an unfair advantage, or interfere with the Services or their security;
  • try to get into accounts, admin areas or data you're not allowed to access;
  • impersonate staff or other players;
  • advertise, spam, or sell or trade accounts, in-game items or in-game currency for real money outside our official store.

We may warn, suspend or ban you from any or all of the Services for breaking these Terms or the Server Rules. Bans can be issued on the website, in Discord and in game.

5. Store purchases and virtual items

  • Purchases are processed by Tebex, which acts as the seller of record. Your purchase is also subject to Tebex's terms and checkout policies.
  • Memberships, priority, Viridium and other items are virtual, cosmetic or convenience items. They're a licence to use a feature on our Services, not property you own, and they have no real-world value.
  • Items can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money. Purchases don't exempt anyone from the rules. We may change, rebalance or remove items and features, and in-game economies may be reset.
  • If you're banned, you lose access to anything you've bought. See the Refund Policy for details, including what happens with chargebacks.

6. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you write, including application answers, backstories and messages. You give us permission to store, display and use it to run the Services, for example so staff can review it on the website and in our Discord. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal or hateful.

7. Not affiliated

Viridia RP is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Discord. All trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Availability and changes

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise they will always be online, error-free or keep any particular feature. We may change, pause or shut down any part of the Services at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Viridia RP and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, in-game progress or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
