This Refund Policy covers purchases made through the Viridia RP store, including memberships, priority and Viridium. Payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the seller of record.
1. All sales are final
Everything in our store is a digital item that's delivered straight away. All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds, except in the situations below or where the law requires a refund.
2. When we will help
- Duplicate charge: if you were accidentally charged twice for the same item, we'll refund the extra charge.
- Not delivered: if an item wasn't delivered and we can't deliver it after you contact us, we'll refund that item.
- Wrong item: if you received something different from what you paid for, we'll fix it, either by delivering the correct item or with a refund.
Contact us within 14 days of the purchase. Open a support ticket in our Discord (https://discord.gg/viridiarp) and include your Tebex transaction ID (it's in your receipt email) and what went wrong.
3. Memberships
- Memberships are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time using the link in your Tebex receipt, or by opening a ticket. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your perks until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- We don't give refunds or partial refunds for a period that has already started.
4. Things that don't qualify
We don't refund purchases because:
- you changed your mind, or didn't use the item;
- you were banned or removed from the server, the website or our Discord for breaking our Terms or Server Rules;
- items or features were changed, rebalanced or reset, the economy was wiped, or the server was down for a time or closed;
- of problems with your own game, PC, internet or FiveM setup.
5. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, your account will be permanently banned from the game server, website and Discord. Any items you bought will be removed. Please open a ticket first. Most problems can be fixed quickly.
